What do I do if I have a problem with my window?

If you have an issue with your window or door, fill out the service request from via Anlin Window’s and Doors Service Page.

How do I find my order number or line number?

Most windows have a label containing the Order Number and Line Number. The Order Number can be found in the upper left-hand corner of the label as a six-digit number. The following three-digits indicates the Line number. The location of the label depends on the window type.

How long does it take to install my windows and doors?

Most jobs take 1 to 2 days to install.

Do the installers work inside of the house?

Yes they work inside and outside.

How do I prepare for my installation?

Remove anything near the windows or doors to allow access for the installers. Such as blinds, furniture, plants, etc.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Checks, Cash and Credit Cards, but a Credit card will come with an additional 3% surcharge.

How do the payments work?

We will need approximately 50% of the total as a deposit and the remaining balance will be due after the installation. 

How do I know what my balance is?

The installers will bring a copy of your invoice with your remaining balance or you can call the office at 805-833-6600.
